Speech Title
"Innovating inside the (economic) Box":
While everyone is familiar with the catchphrase “necessity is the mother of invention”, most of us prefer to invent when we actually have the time and resources to do so. This session will demonstrate how current complex challenges can be used methodically to derive truly inventive solutions that can have real impact on the bottom line.
SIT - Systematic Inventive Thinking, is the name of both a method for innovation, and a company that developed and applies it. Since 1994, SIT has worked with more than 850 companies in 54 countries worldwide in the areas of New Product Development, Problem-Solving, Strategy, Marketing Communication and enhancing organizational innovation.
