Sinification - A New Cultural Revolution

Throughout the course of human history, the wealth of nations is directly proportional to their cultural influence. It follows that the economic rise of Asia will likely bring about an increased cultural contribution to the rest of the world. At present, the world is still dominated by Western culture, how would a gradual shift to the East manifest itself upon our lifestyles?

Bio

Douglas, trained as an architect in the UK, co-founded in 1996 G.O.D. in Hong Kong. GOD retails contemporary furniture, homeware and lifestyle accessories with a contemporary Chinese twist.  Most of the merchandise are designed in-house,  led by Douglas. GOD products are available in many of the world department stores and museum shops. Douglas is passionate about building his Hong Kong brand and proud to display its cultural origins.
God and God products received many awards for creativity and innovation and Douglas personal was awarded 2008 Hong Kong hero by Time out magazine and 2009 “Man of the Year” by Hong Kong Business Magazine.
